That’s it, see you all on monday when I will be back from one of my coldest trips, imagine that yesterday there was -11 degrees in Lund so it is going to be a nightmare in Oslo. If I don’t come back, please, avenge me!.

Most of you know I love cooking and being abroad has not stopped me cooking my specialities or trying new ones, so I am going to start a new category: Cuina erasmus, translated Erasmus cuisine, because I think being far from mom has nothing to do with eating bad and enjoying cooking.
The first thing to know: The erasmus cuisine technique is based on opening the fridge, looking what the hell remains there and start thinking how to mix the ingredients you have so it tastes good, otherwise you can plan your cooking so it is more safe and you do not have disgusting surprises, I have tryed both and I am stil alive.
Today: Stuffed aubergines:
ingredients:
- 1 aubergine
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 4 or 5 mushrooms
- 1 egg
- mozzarella
- garlic
- olive oil
- spice: sweet pepper
Procedure:
Cut in the long way the aubergine, do some cuts in crosses in the aubergine meat so it will bake better, put some salt and olive oil on them and bake more or less 20 min at the oven at 200º aprox. ( you can do it whenever you want and keep the baked aubergine until you use it, for example I am now baking them while I write this and I have not bought yet the ingredients)
Cut the onion and the garlic in small pieces, fry them and add after the tomatoe into pieces or grated, when the tomatoe starts frying add the mushrums cutted in thin slices. When you have cooked this add to the mix the aubergine meat removed so you keep the peel for stuffing it, a spoon is a good help. Just befor finishing frying it add the sweet pepper spice.
Then you can add or not, whatever you prefferr, this time I am going to try it to add a shaked egg to the mixture so it will be a more consistent mass and then fill the aubergine peels with it. Finally spread some mozzarella on them and put them in the oven to gratiné. If you put egg I recomend you letting more time being baked so use only the lower resistances.

Here’s my first post in English ( Si us voleu queixar que no enteneu res comenteu d’una vegada mamons!) As an international student I think it would be better to do some post in English so many of you can understand me, I am feeling a bit weird while I am writting this so just writting the feelings and experiencies you have suddenly into english makes me being focusing on how to write it a bit, I hope it won’t be a problem, let’s go!
I arrived to Lund more or less a week ago due to I had an exam at Valencia which I have passed! so tonight I am going to celebrate it how it is called in spanish “A lo grande” or at least I will try. Things have not really changed in Lund since christmas, despite that we miss all the people who has gone home but we know that you will visit us soon.
One of the first social events I have participated 
was the marvellous Wellcome party, actually I do not remember so much and I do not want to comment it as well, the statement for describing it could be ” no comments” but anyway, it was great at all. There was like a meeting of all the people I know here in Lund and all the new people who is still not known yet.
About this week nothing about parties so it is wednesday and until wednesday there are no parties at the nations, tonight we will go to Västgota nation due to some friends are visiting other friends, others have come back and I want to celebrate that I have passed the CAI exam.
One important thing I have to tell you it is that now I am really skilled at skiing with a bike on the ice, yes, it has snowed more, in fact on monday there was all the day snowing and freezing with the consequences of that all the streets were frozen so we have had some many funny situations with rear wheel sliding bikes, no injuries yet.
Both pics are taken from my room the day it snowed, you can see the bike trails, nobody stops riding despite the snow and ice.

Aquesta la tenia pendent, us comente per a qui li interesse un projecte del quadrimestre passat compartit entre dues assignatures, Real time Systems i Adaptive Control.
El projecte es tractava de controlar el següent caxarret:
Com podeu veure es tracta d’un helicopter, encara que no ho parega per la forma ho és, podeu veure que té 2 rotors i que està enganxat a un soport ja que sino quan no el controlavem ens haguera assasinat, imagineu que la reixa que té és per no fer carn picada amb els nostres dits.

Encara que per la part de dalt era accessible amb el que la nostra temeritat alguna vegada ens donà algun susto, parle en plural perquè al grup erem 4, m’apuntí amb altres 3 suecs, l’altra opció haguera estat 3 francesos però com volia practicar suec i a més a més tinc un cert odi irracional cap als francesos de sexe masculí acabí fent el projecte i dic fent JO el projecte amb 3 suecs que miraven el que jo feia ja que no tenien molta idea.
Es tractava de controlar l’estabilitat de l’helicopter, es tracta primerament d’un sistema no lineal amb el que haviem de controlarlo amb “Gain Scheduling” amb els meravellosos controlaors òptims que son els LQG, si ja ho sé estic parlant en xinés per a molts de vosaltres, bé el cas es que costà un colló i mig controlarlo perque jo en la vida havia gastat aquest tipus de controlador i a més a més una setmana abans de presentar el projecte m’adoní que una premissa de la que partiem estava mal amb el que perguerem quasi 3 setmanes de treball i ho ferem tot en una. Ara bé l’experiència acumulada dels ensallo-error mirant com se pegava òsties el helicòpter ajudà.

Després de controlarlo la gràcia era implementar el controlador que estava en Matlab en un programa de temps real implementat per nosaltres en llenguatge java, si teniu curiositat demaneu-me’l que us l’enviaré.

Se que he sigut molt deixat, si ja ho se, perro també, però bé lo fet fet està, el cas es que m’he estat plantejant el escriure el blog en altres llengües per a que altra gent també m’entenga, supose que fer-ho en angles seria el més fàcil, no se, que em digueu? Altres idees que em passen pel cap es fer el blog en anglès i tenir un fotolog en valencià ja que molts de vosaltres en teniu.

Una altra opció seria anar variant segons el que siga i fero multilingüe, de moment és el que s’em passa pel cap.
Pot ser una de les últimes entrades en valencià, aquesta li la dedique a Jorge, un xicot de Barcelona que ja no vorem tant asiduament per Lund, snif. T’anyorarem molt senyor! esperem les teues visites.
Aquest video currat que ve a continuació no l’he fet jo sino Jorge, espere que us feu una idea de com ha estat el meu últim quadrimestre a Lund així com es un poc la meua resposta a totes les maleïdes preguntes de ” que te contes d’alli?” que m’heu fet.
Dimecres faig l’examen de CAI i dijous ja estaré volant cap a Lund qui sap si fins Juny o tornaré algun dia de visiteta per a Falles, tot es vorà!
PD: Tinc moltes hores a l’aeroport de Madrid Barajas a causa de que qui fica els horaris de renfe té algo en contra meua així que espere tenir més temps per a anar actualitzant el blog.
